I completely removed PageBuilder, but it still crashed. Gave up, and rebuilt the site from scratch with a clean Joomla 5 install. Added a new article (using PageBuilder), pasted in the text, then saved.... FAIL!
So, I would say there's nothing wrong with the original site. I tried another site, in fact multiple sites. They all failed. Not all went to a black screen, some displayed an "Internal Server Error" message. But NONE of the sites I tried could save it. It's pasted into Notepad, so all formatting has been removed. (I've attached the file, though I don't, now, think it's the file/article).
I believe it's something to do with my server setup. I did just do a server migrations and went from CentOS 7 to AlmaLinux 8 64-bit. I suspect there's a setting in there that's causing the issue, but my knowledge of server setups is extremely limited.
